Comprehensive Service Agreement & Disclosures
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Troth Financial Services Private Limited ("Troth"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Mutual Fund Distribution Services
Troth is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 353823). Our role is limited to facilitating the distribution of mutual fund schemes. We are NOT SEBI-registered Investment Advisers. Investors are advised to seek independent professional advice before making investment decisions.
3. Regular Plans and Commission Disclosure
As per SEBI guidelines, all mutual fund transactions through Troth are in **Regular Plans**. We receive commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the services provided. Commission details are available upon request and as per our standard disclosure policy.
4. Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) Terms
- Mandate Registration: SIPs require the registration of a bank mandate (NACH/E-Mandate). Troth facilitates this registration with your bank.
- Installment Regularity: Investors are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance in their bank accounts on the SIP date. Any bank charges for dishonored mandates are the responsibility of the investor.
- Modification/Cancellation: SIP modifications or cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the next installment date.
5. NSE & Electronic Transaction Clauses
- Exchange Platforms: Transactions may be processed through exchange-managed platforms like NSE NMF II or BSE StAR MF.
- Mandate Authorization: By using our electronic platform, you authorize the use of E-sign or Aadhaar-based OTP for mandate registration and transaction authentication.
- NSE Clearing Ltd: All mandates registered in favor of clearing corporations (e.g., NSE CLEARING LTD) are for the sole purpose of facilitating your mutual fund transactions.
- Mobile/Email Alerts: It is mandatory for investors to keep their mobile numbers and email IDs updated with us and the respective RTAs/Exchanges to receive transaction alerts.
6. NSE E-Banking & Security
When utilizing net banking or electronic payment modes for investments, you agree that Troth acts only as a facilitator. Security of the e-banking transaction is governed by your bank's protocols. Troth is not liable for data breaches occurring at the bank's or payment gateway's end.
7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Users shall maintain the confidentiality of their online account credentials. All content on this website, including logos and trade names, is the property of Troth or its licensors and is protected by Indian Intellectual Property Laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Troth shall not be liable for any losses arising from market volatility, technical failures in exchange platforms, or delays in transaction processing by AMCs/RTAs.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
